Dear patients, as you all are aware of this difficult time we are going through with this Corona virus, Can we please advice you not to visit the surgery. If you have any concerns, please ring the surgery number, and we will advice you accordingly.  Drs are available for telephone appointment, video consultation and Econsult.  Kindly make use of one of these facilities we provide.  Lets all work together and protect ourselves from this deadly virus.   If you need your medication, pls ring/ econsult us, your Dr will forward the script over to your chosen pharmacy.  Thank you for your co operation.  STAY SAFE.

Patients are advised to use e consult service through our website for their on going sick notes and letter requests. 

Urgent GP appointments

You can call the service directly on 020 3770 1888 between 2pm and 9pm on weekdays and between 9am and 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays all year round for an appointment. NHS 111 can also book you into a GP hub if you need an urgent appointment.

CTT - Telephone0300 300 1660 (treatment) | 0300 300 1661 (therapy)

The Community Treatment Team (CTT) works with adults in the community with an acute physical need who could potentially be treated at home, rather than attend accident and emergency (A&E). The aim of the service is to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions for those people who are experiencing an acute, physical health crisis, for example: exacerbation of infections or worsening of long term conditions such as COPD and falls without injuries. 

Time/date- Seven days a week - 8.00am to 10.00pm

There will be no clinics operating on the following Wednesday mornings throughout 2020  as the Doctors attend the Protected Learning event for Redbridge

Temporary Registration

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.

To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
