Cranbrook Surgery is moving

Cranbrook Surgery is moving to brand new premises at 737 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG2 6RJ(Next to Kenwood Medical Centre) on the 27th December 2019.

The last surgery here at our current place will be on the morning of the 24th December.  We will re-open on Monday 30th December at the new premises.

The practice is not closing, the staff are not changing and you will still be registered with the practice and with your GP.

E-consult:

Patients are advised to use e consult service through our website for their on going sick notes and letter requests. 

There will be no clinics operating on the following Wednesday mornings throughout 2019  as the Doctors attend the Protected Learning event for Redbridge

New Patient Registration

If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please complete one of our registration forms that are available from our reception.

We will need your NHS number and you will need to provide us with proof of ID (passport/photo driving license), proof of address (utility bill/rent book) and if you are from overseas, we will need proof that you intend to settle in the UK.

Full details of the accepted documentation can be obtained from our reception.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
